My Dax Index charts are incomplete for the 13th/14th and non-existent for yesterday.Intraday reloading hasn't worked yet.

FESX intra-day seems to be ok now, but on my daily (and I suspect weekly) chart, there is no candle for the 13th Oct. Have refreshed the chart several times but still nothing.

Also FGBL has huge gaps in intra-day data for the 15th Oct, and on the daily (and probably weekly) chart the 13th Oct is missing.

Hello, we are working to get all of the data filled for the dates that are missing information for. Our Market Data Services has this as their top priority to get this completed but with the amount of data that is missing and symbols this should be fully completed this weekend and by the start of the new session for next week.

Missing data as mentioned in my above posts on the FESX and FGBL has not been resolved. This is becoming very disappointing. With all that data missing the charts are unreliable, therefore virtually useless to trade from. The majority of my trading is done in the FESX and FGBL contracts, so this is starting to have a material effect on my trading income as I haven't been able to trade for many days now.

Hello, we are working on getting this all filled back in as fast as we can. They had told me originally it would be completed this weekend but evidently that is not the case since we are seeing the missing data here as well. Currently they have not given me an exact ETA of how soon this will be, but once we hear any updates we will post them here.

This is getting a bit ridiculous. Of all the Eurex products, surely the FESX and FGBL must rate somewhat highly in importance, yet those charts still contain vital missing data (the intraday FGBL especially is riddled with holes). It has been a week now, yet still this matter is unresolved. As a technical trader with the majority of trades in these very two products, can you please tell me how I'm supposed to trade from incomplete and inaccurate charts? What's more, I'm paying DTN IQ for the privilege of not being able to use their data! I thought DTN IQ has a reputation for quality? Frankly, I'm not seeing it. Can you please give me a definitive, trustworthy answer as to when this problem will be fixed?

Hello, looking at the data here, most of the data that I am seeing has been filled in for BLZ9, EXZ9, and SWZ9. However on the BLZ9 there is data missing for the 10/15/09 which our Market Data Services is working on getting filled. What exact times are you missing data for on your intraday charts. If you would like to email us so we can forward them over to our Market Data Services please do so to Support@iqfeed.net or please post them here.

Thanks.

Euro Bund 10 year (FGBL)
13 October candle is missing on daily chart (and presumably is missing from weekly chart also).
15 October nearly all intraday data is missing.

Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 (FESX)
13 October candle is missing on daily chart (and presumably is missing from weekly chart also).

Hello Sersan, we are seeing the same here in Customer Service for the SWZ9 and have forwarded this over to our Market Data Services for correction.

As to the BLZ9 and EXZ9 these seem to have been resolved are you seeing the same Hansen?

Are there any other missing sections of data that you are seeing for any other EUREX symbols or for these?

Thanks.

Hello Sersan, it looks like they have the SWZ9 corrected now. Go ahead and backfill the data and see how it looks on your end.

If there are any other symbols please let us know so we can get them corrected.

Thanks.

Hello Hansen, we are seeing the same for the Euro Schatz and I have reported for correction. If there are any other symbols on the EUREX that still need to be corrected that you are looking please let us know.

Also, the Dax Index (DAX.X) has been corrected now.

Thanks.

Is there a problem with the EUREX feed still? It's 11:55pm PST and I don't see any data from the EUREX feed yet.

Hi Steve,

I checked a couple symbols here & all looks normal. Are you seeing problems with specific symbols. Or is it across the board.

It looks normal, thanks. The only thing is that the feed appears to have started at midnight. Is that expected for a Sunday night?

We did have a problem with the volume repeating, that has been corrected, and the data feed looks to be running smoothly. if you have specific problems please let us know what they are so we can address them.

How do we clear the problem with the volume repeating from our charts? My charts for FESX, FGBL etc have huge volume spikes from yesterday.

Also, quick question: On the FGBL (10 year Bund), my intraday charts for yesterday (16 Nov) show a close at 16:00 (NY time) with the closing price at 122.06, but on my daily chart the close is 121.81. Why the disparity between the intraday and daily chart's closing price?

Thanks,
Jason

The volume spikes should be corrected on DTN's end, you will have to clear and reload the data for the charts.

For the Bund data the settlement comes in at 11:19 eastern time, which will be different than the close at 16:00. So the settlement will be reported as the official close.
