No answer?

Data and Content Support » Eurex problem Nov 17, 2009 01:29 AM (Total replies: 56)

How do we clear the problem with the volume repeating from our charts? My charts for FESX, FGBL etc have huge volume spikes from yesterday.

Also, quick question: On the FGBL (10 year Bund), my intraday charts for yesterday (16 Nov) show a close at 16:00 (NY time) with the closing price at 122.06, but on my daily chart the close is 121.81. Why the disparity between the intraday and daily chart's closing price?

Thanks,
Jason

Euro Schatz 2 year (FGBS)

13 October candle is missing on daily chart (and presumably is missing from weekly chart also).

15 October nearly all intraday data is missing.

Yes, thank you, FGBL, FGBM and FESX seem to be ok now.

This is getting a bit ridiculous. Of all the Eurex products, surely the FESX and FGBL must rate somewhat highly in importance, yet those charts still contain vital missing data (the intraday FGBL especially is riddled with holes). It has been a week now, yet still this matter is unresolved. As a technical trader with the majority of trades in these very two products, can you please tell me how I'm supposed to trade from incomplete and inaccurate charts? What's more, I'm paying DTN IQ for the privilege of not being able to use their data! I thought DTN IQ has a reputation for quality? Frankly, I'm not seeing it. Can you please give me a definitive, trustworthy answer as to when this problem will be fixed?

Missing data as mentioned in my above posts on the FESX and FGBL has not been resolved. This is becoming very disappointing. With all that data missing the charts are unreliable, therefore virtually useless to trade from. The majority of my trading is done in the FESX and FGBL contracts, so this is starting to have a material effect on my trading income as I haven't been able to trade for many days now.

Also FGBL has huge gaps in intra-day data for the 15th Oct, and on the daily (and probably weekly) chart the 13th Oct is missing.

FESX intra-day seems to be ok now, but on my daily (and I suspect weekly) chart, there is no candle for the 13th Oct. Have refreshed the chart several times but still nothing.

So is this issue supposed to be resolved? My FESX charts are still all over the place -- massive gaps in data, not updating etc. As is, they are useless. When will everything be back to normal??

Data and Content Support » Eurex problem Oct 14, 2009 01:46 AM (Total replies: 56)

Is there anyway to recover the missing data? For example, on the FESX chart there's a big hole in the data from 7am (NY time) through to the open the following day at 2am (NY time). With the chart as is, it's virtually useless to trade from.
