Problems started when I upgraded winXP to service pack 3. Major problems with this upgrade - Beware - research before you upgrade. Had to restore to a previous point in time. Got most of my programs, devices working. But IQ feed won't re-install correctly. I sent complete details in the emails. Tried re-install about 8 times. Do you have my emails now? Then I will call support. Dave......
Is anyone working in Customer Service? I've sent 2 emails yesterday regarding the problem I'm having re-installingthe IQFeed software and there's been no response. No data feed - No trading! Dave

Steve, where's the "Hosts" file located? I'm looking in the DTN/IQfeed directories under program files but there isn't a file called "Hosts".

RE: Above. Is there a way to force login to "156" servers only?
I encountered a data stopage today at about 10:20 through 10:30. Noticed on NQZ7. I was away from my computer so unsure if maybe my Cable Internet connection cut out. Was hooked up to server 66.112.148.113 using QuoteTracker charting. Tried forcing a backfill but no luck filling in missing data. Exited QT and reloaded and was connected to a "156" server and all was fine. No missing data.
Jay, Can you give us an update on the status of the server upgrade?
The data for May 1 looks incorrect: O 11,207 H 11,207 L 11,206 C 11,204 The prices are about 250 points lower from the previous day. Pls check it and correct.
