IQFeed Developer Support » New Beta Problems Nov 14, 2005 12:42 PM (Total replies: 6)

It seems like it broke something else, because the historical data retrieval in this new version is VERY SLOW. I'm talking an order of magnitude slower, as requests taht used to take me a second now take me about 7.

IQFeed Developer Support » "!ERROR! Could not connect to History socket." Nov 14, 2005 12:34 PM (Total replies: 10)

I'm having a similar problem. The historical database is so SLOW. It used to be much faster. What happened in v4.0?

IQFeed Developer Wish List » Invalid History Request Mar 15, 2005 02:44 PM (Total replies: 1)

If an invalid symbol is requested to the history module, can it return some kind of "wrong" value instead of not doing anything, and leaving to you rely on potentially incorrect timeouts? It would make things work much smoother/faster.

IQFeed Developer Support » Problem adding IQFeedY OCX Control to project Mar 15, 2005 02:40 PM (Total replies: 0)

Whewn I try to add the IQFeedY control to my C# project, I get an error from the forms designer, saying:

"one or more of the types in the assembly unable to load"

I can add it programmatically, but not thru the forms designer. It used to work fine, and then something happened. I'm not sure what. Any ideas or suggestions?
