Hi,

I found out there are duplidated OEF option series as following

OEF KT Nov 2005 50 C, OEM KJ Nov 2005 50 C
OEF WT Nov 2005 50 P, OEM WJ Nov 2005 50 P
OEF KJ Nov 2005 55 C, OEM KK Nov 2005 55 C
OEF WJ Nov 2005 55 P, OEM WK Nov 2005 55P

which one are correct? I couldn't find out why there
are duplicated symbols for the same strike?

Looks to me like the first is the call and the second is the put.

Maybe I'm confused. Looks like

50 Call
50 Put
55 Call
55 Put

4 different options?

Sorry I didn't notice the OEF, OEM differences.

I think this is a remnant of that special MSFT dividend last year, but not 100% sure.

Hi,

Is there any update? If those were from last years, how come only two strikes showed up
in current option chain not the entire adjusted contracts list.

I'm going to make a wild guess...

Go here:

http://www.cboe.com/DelayedQuote/QuoteTable.aspx

Enter OEF as the symbol and

check "All exchange option quotes (if multiply listed)" and select "List all options, LEAPS & Weeklys if avail. (Multiple pages)"

It shows those OEM options, even though it looks like they are inactive.

My guess is IQ is getting the chain info from CBOE.
