When I submit an HDT command for an option:
HDT,AAPL2317C147,20230301,20230304,,1,AAPL2317C147-2023-03-04,,1
I get the following result:
Error: AAPL2317C147-2023-03-04,E,Unauthorized user ID.,
I'm assuming I need the OPRA subscription.
Do I also need RT Equity Options-Investor?

Yes, you would need "IQFeed RT Equity Options" as well as the "OPRA" data subscription.
