I encountered this error a few times. Iqfeed usually ran for a while (more than 20 - 30 minutes) and then crashed.

Unhandled exception: 0x40000015 in 64-bit code (0x000000007b01135e).

Hmm. I haven't run into this problem on my system (Wine 6.21 on Fedora 34). However, I'm still having issues with iqconnect failing to shut down after the last client closes, so I'm killing it explicitly and restarting early each day. Do you have any unexpected iqconnect, explorer, etc. processes lying around?

leijin168, is this a custom app that you're using with IQFeed? If so, what are you trying to do with it? Any specific thing you do that leads to the error message?

Also...

Can you tell us what version of IQFeed you're running? Is this a recent upgrade, and if so, do you know what version you were using previously?

Do you have a crashdump (.mdmp file) from the crash? If so, please provide, either here or you can email it to us at support@iqfeed.net.

If you can get us an IQFeed logfile from the crash, that would also be helpful to our developers. If you're running in a windowed environment in linux, you can use the IQFeed diagnostics app or windows explorer to locate the logfile, otherwise find the Document's folder wherever the C: drive is located.

According to IQFeed Diagnosis, the version is 6.2.0.23. I believe I downloaded recently.

I am writing a custom python script to use historical data APIs to download end of day and minute data.

I didn't find a crashdump file, is there some setting I need to enable in order to catch a core dump?

where is the logfile saved?

The .MDMP file should be in the same folder as the .TXT file in your original post..

It may also be helpful to retrieve the IQConnectlog.txt file. To do this, open the Diagnostics app, and go to the Logging tab. Turn on "all errors" and "debug." The file will be called IQConnectlog.txt and will be saved in the folder listed on that dialog, which is probably .wine/drive_c\Users\[Windows Username]\Documents, in the typical Wine hierarchy.

You may send any logfiles to the support or developer support address and we will review it.

Sincerely,
Gary Stephen
