this problem is effecting all vendors of CME data.

Interactive Brokers posted a trader alert at 11:07 EST

"GLOBEX has reported problems with their ES market. They are currntl rejecting all orders"

As everyone is most likely aware, CME re-opened @ES trading at 12:45 CDT.
