I noticed an old press release that mentioned DTN rolling out the FIX/FAST protocol. What ever happened with that? Is there still a FIX protocol available?

Years ago, we migrated our ticker systems from the CME exchange's ITC protocol to the Fix/Fast protocol. We have since migrated again as the exchange moved to MDP 3 protocol. Thus, there is no longer a Fix/Fast protocol from the CME. These protocols are what we receive from the exchanges and we haven't had plans, nor do we have plans to release a Fix/Fast protocol to users (due to many reasons including licensing requirements). We strive to keep our protocol consistent to users to not only provide value-add information, but also to isolate our users from having to constantly make changes as the exchanges make them.
