ATTENTION ALL IQFEED USERS THAT USE FIREWALL PERMISSIONING

With the DTN Data Center move coming in early summer 2021 the IP Addresses used by IQFeed will be changing.

DTN is finishing our testing phase for the upgrading and relocating our Data Centers to Chicago, IL. This change will improve reliability and reduce latency for data we provide.

If you have not had a chance to make the required firewall changes, please do so now. Customers with outbound firewalls will require an IP address addition to connect as the new Data Center is phased in. This will need to be done this week. Follow this link for the documentation: https://iqhelp.dtn.com/firewall-ip-addresses/

If you do not have an outbound firewall no change is required to be made to continue with the service after the Data Center upgrade.

We will begin the planned migration to our new data servers in Chicago on Wednesday October 27th, 2021 at 10:30am Central standard time.

Please be aware not all users will be migrated to the new servers immediately. This is a controlled move under strict conditions so that we can continue to provide the service level you have come to expect from DTN.

UPDATE:

10/27/21 (10:30am CDT) 10% of IQ Feed users will be migrated to the new Chicago servers.

We expect to complete customer migration to the new Chicago servers by mid- November.

We will not be providing a timetable for specific customers migration to the new servers.
