Where are you seeing fragmented data for these two symbols and are you looking at them as Tick, Minute, or Daily? Craig -DTN Guru- Posts: 326 Joined: Apr 16, 2010	Posted: Mar 17, 2013 11:33 PM Msg. 3 of 6 Hi Curtis, Thanks for the prompt response. I tried downloading the data in 1min & 1440min intervals. In the case of SP-PRM2.Z (for example), I only get one bar on 2013/3/14 at the 1 minute interval.

Would you please email us at Support@IQFeed.net with your user id? We would be glad to dig into this further to help find a solution.

The only request I see in our logs for your account on symbol SP-PRM2.Z for 1min data resulted in ~1.2 million datapoints being returned. I made the same requests as you and got back the same number of datapoints. Can you post an example of the data you are getting back?
