I don't seem to be getting any reliable historical tick data for AD#, there are gaps, day wise) all over the place. Can you see what is going on?

a couple things to check. first, make sure you are using @AD# as opposed to AD#. second, log out and back in. we were doing work on one of the datacenters so that could have caused some gaps in data if you were connected to that data center. if you still have issues, please let us know what interval and timeframe you are pulling as well as which server you are connected to. also, are you seeing these issues with the stream or gaps when pulling history?

@AD# works, but it's not listed in the symbols file. AD is listed as "AD#"

i will have to take a look at that. it seems some of the @ symbols arent showing in the symbol lookup properly. we will get it fixed as soon as possible.

It looks like that symbol is in the file this morning (as well as in the symbol lookup).
