AMA -DTN Evangelist- Posts: 183 Joined: Aug 1, 2007	Posted: May 13, 2011 10:19 AM Msg. 1 of 3 Hi - I upgraded to 2.8.0.7 a couple of days ago, and noticed a problem w/charts. Called support, talked w/Gavin, recycled DTNIQ, thought the problem was fixed... However, IT'S BACK... Seems about 50/50 chance that when I crank up a chart, it shows a blank display. At bottom, it'll update the number of data points count, etc., but in the main dispaly - nada. Re-entering the symbol and time interval to refresh results in the same blank-ed-ness, -most- of the time. Occasionally, the refresh will free it up, but most times, nothing. Only thing I've been able to do at this point is kill the chart and open up a new chart until I finally get something that works. I typically crank up several charts via workspaces, and weirdly enough, some of the charts come up and some of them just go blank. Stocks, indexes, tick/minute/day intervals; pretty generic stuff. Other than that, for what I do, DTN 2.8.0.7 seems to be working, and I do like the multi-monitor support, along with a bug fix or two from previous releases.

Plenty of horsepower, current software, so don't think my platform is the issue with this one.
