Hi there,

I have just upgraded my PC and my iq/ensign is being blocked somehow.
Same antivirus and firewall as before (Nod32 and XP) but sometimes the programme flows and sometimes it jams and requires a refresh and that is not always successful.
I am measuring against T4 fron tend which is rock solid and on my old PC both iq and T4 were near perfect.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Hamall,

If it were a firewall or security software blocking the feed, it should be blocked all the time. It almost sounds like a poor internet connection. But could be any number of things. I would like to take a closer look at it for you. Can you please call us at 800-397-7000 or go to our web site www.IQFeed.net and in the Support area there is a live chat function.
