In order to continue providing you the highest level of forex data service, DTN has enhanced our Basic Forex Package within our DTN.IQ and IQFeed product lines. Effective immediately, customers who subscribe to our Basic Forex Package are able to receive FXCM forex data at no extra charge. In addition to providing more currency pairs, this enhanced data also updates more often to provide you more accurate and timely trade signals.
On January 1, 2009, DTN will no longer carry Tullett data. If you currently have Tullett symbols programmed into your software, please be sure to migrate to FXCM or Barclays symbols prior to January 1.
The symbology for FXCM Forex is "[BASE CURRENCY][SECOND CURRENCY].FXCM"
The symbology for Barclays FOREX is "B[BASE CURRENCY][SECOND CURRENCY]"
For Example: FXCM (USDJPY.FXCM) --- BARCLAYS (BUSDJPY)
DTN is also working to make a Premium Forex data option available in the coming months that will offer a greatly expanded list of contributors as well as composite quotes and forward pricing. More information will be provided after the first of the year regarding the availability of our new Premium Forex data service. We value your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
