There should be 24HOUR SUPPORT via the WEB. Cmon guys this is a no brainer. The Markets Trade 24 Hours. What would it take one person to be available online? Surely, this can be done.

We provide 24 hour support on our ProphetX product line. We also monitor these forums 24 hours per day for any critical issues.
