Hi,

There is a spike in Dax.x data almost everyday at 12.00 noon London time. I have checked other data providers (CQG) and this spike is not visible on them. Since this spike distorts the charts, I'll be grateful on any advise on how to avoid it (apart from manually cleaning the data everyday)

Thanks

Hello,

This has been a continual problem since August? Does this occur every day, week, etc? I went ahead and sent this over to our Market Data group, however, whatever information you can provide will be helpful. I would like to get this resolved once and for all.

Kind regards,

Sarah

Yes, it's almost a continuous problem , although the size of spikes vary. Somedays it is not noticeable and on others it is huge really distorts the charts, but it always happens close to 12.00 London time.
