d/l from 66.112.148.226 DS/Iqfeed for TS4 IQFeed client 4.3.0.3 other stock indices (nq, er, ym) show similar data gaps. was there a cme problem?

it's not a cme problem, so what's the problem? how about some customer service?

Good morning,

My apologies for the delay in response. We are most deffinetely aware of the gap in data, there was some sort of outage. Our Ops group is currently investigating the matter. At this time, the data is missing, and we are attempting to recover it.
