There is a problem with IQFeed Client whereby a maximum of only 400-500 symbols can be fed into Tradestation 2000i using HyperServer Lite. Any more than this and 'Access Violation' and other memory related errors occur in HyperServer.
Robert Giordano of HyperTrader contacted DTN on the 22nd of July, and a response was given the next day that this was likely a bug with IQFeed Client and not a problem with HyperServer Lite (see thread here: http://forum.hypertrader.ws/showthread.php?t=148).
When will this problem with IQFeed Client be fixed so the full 1200 symbols can be used with HyperServer and Tradestation 2000i?

Many thanks,

Brendan

I'm assuming that you have a DTNIQ account to access 1300 symbols using IQFeed. The IQFeed standard account (not DTNIQ) has a 500 symbol limit.
