We have verified the tick data is in error and the request has been made for correction to occur.

What software do you use? Many softwares offer the ability to manually remove/filter these bad ticks out and I think this could work for you until the historical data files are refreshed with the corrections.

Our Market Data people sent the request to have the bad tick taken off but it looks like it was not done. I have reported it again and will make every effort to follow up on it. again my apologies.
