markb -Interested User- Posts: 6 Joined: Oct 6, 2006	Posted: Oct 23, 2006 11:05 AM Msg. 1 of 7 I installed IQFeed Developer, BETA version 4.2.0.2 (10/20/2006) and my application stopped working. I reinstalled the previous version and everything is fine. I did not install the Beta client. is it a requirement to install both the developer and the client for it to work?

In fact, the installers should unstall the previous version vefore continuing with the isntall. There should not be any compatability issues in the current beta release. Can you tell us why your app stopped working?

If I can be any further help, please let me know. We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors but they all have to learn to live in the same box.
