markb -Interested User- Posts: 6 Joined: Oct 6, 2006	Posted: Oct 23, 2006 10:44 AM Msg. 1 of 6 I am trying to fill in some history for some symbols. I am able to get back history (open/close) for maybe 5 to 22 symbols before it stops receiving. I then have to reconnect to the server and then I can proceed. I am using c# in vs 2005. no exceptions being thrown on the .NET side. I am Not using the latest Beta download. Any ideas?

For example, are you using Sockets or the COM interfaces to request data. which requests are you making (minute, tick, daily, etc). Does it matter which symbols you request? Can you duplicate this with the example apps? Please email our developer support email address with the answers to these questions.
markb -Interested User- Posts: 6 Joined: Oct 6, 2006	Posted: Oct 23, 2006 01:43 PM Msg. 3 of 6 using Com interface.daily request. It does not matter which symbols. Each attempt has been on a different group of symbols . After 5-20 symbol data comes back it will stop retrieving anymore.

Does it happen everytime or is it just occasionally that the requests do no complete? How many Days of data are you requesting?

Rerun the transaction. Requesting for DEO.A08 Requesting for DEO.B07 form timer running Requesting for CAST.CH20 Requesting for ADF Requesting for CAST.CJ15 Requesting for CAST.CL23 Requesting for ADX Requesting for DEO.C07 Requesting for DEO.D07 Requesting for DEO.E07 form timer running Requesting for DEO.M09 form timer running form timer running Registering Again I have my app register again when it stops receiving data. I asking for history back 820 days.
