Hello dylan06, I am able to retrieve this story just fine using the same request. Quote: STATUS (LOOKUP)=2006-07-21 15:16:29: SOCKET ACCEPTED FROM CLIENT (LOOKUP)=2006-07-21 15:16:32: NNT:9653150:CPZ TO CLIENT (LOOKUP)=2006-07-21 15:16:32: <BEGIN>HARTFORD, Conn., July 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The law firm of Schatz & Nobel, P.C., which has significant experience representing investors in prosecuting claims of securities fraud, announces that a lawsuit seeking class action status has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded securities of Rambus ("Rambus" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:RMBS) between December 12, 2001 and June 27, 2006, inclusive, (the "Class Period"). The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of materially false statements. Specifically, defendants made misleading statements and omissions concerning Rambus' improper and undisclosed practice of backdating options. This improper backdating masked the virtually instant profits the option recipients obtained. Under generally accepted accounting principles, these profits were required to be recognized as an expense in the Company's financial statements for the appropriate period, but were not. This backdating of options also violated provisions of the Internal Revenue Code relating to deduction of option payments. Thus, the Company's financial statements in Form 10-K filings for the years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 were materially false and misleading. In addition, the Company's Proxy Statements for annual shareholder meetings held in years 2002 to 2005 were also misleading because they contained statements concealing Rambus' practice of backdating stock options. If you are a member of the class, you may, no later than September 18, 2006, request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff of the class. A lead plaintiff is a class member that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. Although your ability to share in any recovery is not affected by the decision whether or not to seek appointment as a lead plaintiff, lead plaintiffs make important decisions which could affect the overall recovery for class members, including decisions concerning settlement. The securities laws require the Court to consider the class member(s) with the largest financial interest as presumptively the most adequate lead plaintiff(s). While Schatz & Nobel has not filed a lawsuit against the defendants, to view a copy of the Complaint initiating the class action or for more information about the case, class action cases in general, and your rights, please contact Schatz & Nobel toll-free at (800) 797-5499, or by e-mail at sn06106@aol.com, or visit our website: www.snlaw.net. CONTACT: Schatz & Nobel, P.C. Wayne T. Boulton Nancy A. Kulesa (800) 797-5499 www.snlaw.net sn06106@aol.com<END>

Did you just start having the problem or is this new development you are doing?
also, could you post the IQConnect log from this request?
Information about turning on logging in IQConnect can be found in the documentation.

Are you able to receive new via the example apps? The C++ News Socket might be a good one to try. Please let me know whether or not it works for you, and I'll continue to look at reasons why you might be having this issue.
  Thanks!

		Jay Froscheiser,
I sent you an email regarding disabling some feature of my account, but I didn't receive any reply back. This problem with my account has started after I spoke to you about commercial data feed, which makes me wonder if there is a relation between my request regarding commercial datafeed and disabling some features of my account. If this is the case should't you first let me know if you have any concern or question before any change into my account and not telling me after that, and make me busy for days to investigate the issue.

I have been on Vacation since last tuesday. If you sent me an email this week, that is why you didn't receive a response. I looked for any emails sent from the address you have registered on this forum, but I haven't received ANY from that address (unless it was caught by our spam filter). I haven't done anything to your account that I know of, and if a change was made, it shouldn't affect your ability to access news via the API (assuming you are a registered developer).
If you would like to re-email me to jay.froscheiser@dtn.com I would be happy to look into it further for you. I promptly reply to ALL emails I receive.

Now the problem is fix. Thanks Natalie and everyone else who helped to solve this issue. It turns out that I need to install MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 on my computer.
