Can anyone recommend a good method for determining the components for major indices: Dow30, Nas100, SP500, including Russel2k. I started at yahoo.finance.com... but, they don't even carry the Russell2k components... as best I could find. And Russell's site only seems to offer a PDF.

Ideally it would be from a source that I can automate as components change over time, I'll write a sync tool to help manage the changes.

I appreciate any thoughtful or helpful feedback.
