I need to obtain the bid/ask prices and volume for the Call/Put of the QQQ option expiring on April 29th with a strike price of 444. I want to gather this data for every 5 minutes between March 25th and March 30th. I attempted to use the HIT command with the symbol QQQ2419D444, but I received an "Unauthorized user ID" message. Technical support informed me that I don't need to subscribe to real-time options data to access historical data, which has left me feeling confused. Thanks for help me.
