Yesterday and today, I have experienced some problems with MTV8 data. It seems that the data received about 3:00 ET (9:00 market native time) are wrong. If you graph in 15 minutes the error is evident.

My chart, and time & sales do not show any problem. Could you please provide more detail for us to work with. Exactly what time are the bad ticks appearing, what are the prices posted & what should the correct prices be? At this point I would think it is a charting or software issue. But would like the detail to check & confirm it at this end.

I work with many symbols, and this is the unique with this problem and only yesterday and today. I have tested the problem in two computers, and both show exactly the same problem, just with mtv8 or mt#
In 15 minutes chart, I have two bars with mark at 3:00, and between 3:00 and 3:15 it seems that data to be missing. I do not think that WLD will be the culprit.

I tried a 1 min chart on my IQ and both this morning & yesterday morning we have 2 bars for both 03:00 and 03:01. I have contacted our market Integrity dept and they will remove the incorrect points.

Please, arrange the MTX8 historical data as soon as possible. There are bad ticks between 11:45 and 12:30 of October 24.
